 nd allergies to dizziness\, all sorts of pain (joint pain\, migraines\, ev
 en ‘electric’ zaps)\, mood changes and weight gain. It is a natural pr
 ocess. Signs can show up as early as one’s 30s and sometimes result fr
 om health conditions and medical treatments (such as cancer treatments).\n
 25 years ago one of the most important remedies (estrogen) women and AFAB 
 people had to relieve these symptoms was ripped away due to the incorrect 
 assessment that it was dangerous. The medical world is finally correcting 
 that but unfortunately\, millions of people have suffered as a result. We 
 have a lot of catching up to do.\nI am Sierra\, the acupuncturist at Commu
 nity Acupuncture SoBu\, and I’m angry. I’m angry at this neglect and m
 isinformation\, angry at misogyny and anti-trans movements\, and angry at 
 the abusers in power. I want to gather others to share our experiences and
  harness our power.\nWhether you are in peri or post menopause\, need comm
 raderie\, angry like me\, or simply curious - please join me for our first
  Meno-Punk Meet Up. This is not a lecture or class - it is an invitation t
 o share\, gab\, bitch\, cry\, laugh - and to organically build community c
