How to offer or receive help
While we wait for the I.R.S to approve our 501(c)(3) application we have created the Pay It Forward Program. Folks can make donations (currently non-tax deductible but fingers crossed!) to this program. Monies will be allocated to community members facing financial hardship - folks who want and need our services but aren't able to meet our minimum payment.
You can contribute any dollar amount to our Pay It Forward program by purchasing a ‘gift card’ for any amount from your online patient portal. You can also make donations by cash or check in person. Donations of any amount are welcome!
To receive assistance from our Pay It Forward program, email us at info@casobu.org or speak with your practitioner at your next appointment. NOTE: Gift cards are not currently available for purchase outside the Pay It Forward program.
