Acupuncture in a group setting
What to expect
You'll receive acupuncture in a recling chair in a group of 4-8 people. Wear loose fitting clothing that can roll up to your knees and elbows. Needles may be placed in your arms and legs, head, neck, and shoulders. Don't come on an empty stomach! Have a light snack beforehand. White noise machines, music, and quiet voices are used to maintain privacy.
